July 18, 2010 Congratulations! 1. Podcast with plenty of Mel Gibson mentioning! July 11, 2010 Comics are updated. Podcast had technical issues on Friday, so this replacement one was made. Its honestly about time someone who can actually talk to people without being A: a Jerkass B: a Aloof sadsack C: Mercian Bunch'a updates happened today so we may as well get right on it! First off we got a comic page for Job Hunting. Seems some new clowns have shown up. Seedy shifty bastards at that! Well I'm sure Team Edward and Jack Skellington will save the day somehow. Next up is a single Crossbones update. I guess the Artist pussed out and only did one this week. Well at least it has the great king Lawrence in it. Hell of a man! I met him once... I had him end the war you know! Yeah dont let anyone tell you differently. I'm the real deal! Lastly on the comic's side we have the adventures of fail called Talking to Myself. In this latest page Shortbert moronically (but sadly not unexpectedly) ruins everything for everyone. Great job kid! Moving on we have a podcast update. Once again we have Nick Meyer sitting in with those other two brats. I like the Nick guy. Thats a Mysteelion if I ever damn well saw one! Its pretty awesome regardless of those other two kids! Had me laughing pretty hard myself! Finally and most importantly! The next psychoanalysis of a character is up. This time Jeff Nobelium and myself try and crack the mystery of one "Lynch Cruor" and find out what a huge pussy this guy is. What a joke! Thats all from me. Firstly, we have four comic pages for your amusement, which can be seen above this post like usual. Secondly, there have been two character updates this week: Dr. Charles Terbium and myself. You can read our biographies in the character section under "comics." Thirdly, there will be no more character updates (at least, not until a new one is introduced in the storyline). Instead, starting next week, Chuck and I will be doing a psychoanalysis on a character every week. One of an old tale of racism and the fight for equality of vampires, another of said vampire giving into the lustful temptation of revenge against society, and a third and forth of one man's daring efforts to serve his country. Character profiles have been updated to include the daring and dashing Coyote, to which villains and criminals cringe at the mere mentioning of. You best be on careful watch, for crime knows no curfew. May 23, 2010 This is seriously what this company outputs here? These comics? If it wasn't bad enough that the idiot with the scarf has double updates now, they even have side-by-side updates for two different comics about the insane. Wasn't one enough? Wasn't it fine with just the mentally disturbed being examined? Did we really have to retell an older story about kings and vampires along with it? This is ridiculous. We have two pages of Crossbones and a bunch of news from NoBrandCon, including a podcast about it. NoBrandCon was great, especially since no one called the orderlies on me since they thought I was in costume. At NoBrandCon we had four "signing boards of signing" for people to sign, such as this one, this one, that one, and this other one. We met some nice people that didn't terrorize me, like a member of Team Rocket, someone who makes nice stickers, a comic reviewer, a great artist, a nice cosplayer, pgccomics, and Mookie of Dominic Deegan (who drew this nice Vagabond for us). Crossbones was not, in favor of completing this project by a deadline. It is an animation storyboard telling the story of a doctor frustrated with the quality of his minions. Some sidebar adjustments have been made. Now, in different sections, projects will also appear in the side bar. Depending on the project or comic the user is exploring will also determine what characters appear (for example, Zinc's Day Out would have Zinc, Flint, and Van appear). The store has also been updated with pictures and more of a description. Finally, we have begun updating characters that have yet to appear in the comics. A Zibaricast (the laughably lame name for this site's version of a PODCast) has been recorded. Doctor Wilhelm Qubert, the world's least impressive doctor, tries and fails again and again, never learning his mistakes and limits. In this latest episode in the long stretch of dismal failure and broken dreams, He attempts to console his latest patient by having him express his backstory in song. Do not worry. December 25, 2009 hey guys! happy holidays! looks like we got some giant updates for you guys. first off, the site's gone through a full redesign! pretty cool, huh? we've tossed out some sections that are a bit dead and tidied up a bit. oh, another cool thing: the side bar will randomly show different characters when you're going to different pages! so far there's only two of us there (me and zinc), but each week we hope to add in a new character along with adding them to the character profile page under the comic section! we also got some new forums because the old ones were kind of awful. it had ads you had to pay to remove, wasn't very customizable, and so on. sorry for you guys that need to reregister, but we promise this won't be a common situation for you. besides, we'll come out with new layouts for the forums soon! one more quick thing, check out the cover for the bonus comic of the loonatic's book here! |
