Personality: Troy's a bit of a dreamer. He constantly has his head in the clouds and will often times space out in the middle of doing something. Despite his lack of attention span, Troy does his best to serve his country with an undying loyalty. His passion is not only in airships, but also females. He's said to be quite the lady's man.

Background: Born and raised in Mercia, Troy has always had a dream of flying airships even as a young boy. He even dropped out of school to join the Mercia Airship Division. Troy is often regarded as a hero of Mercia, famously known for his efforts to save the current king, King Malcolm Quimby.

Fighting style: Troy's strengths lies in his airship flying abilities, definitely a force to be reckoned with. He also carries a dueling pistol on him for gentlemanly duels and has experience with "old time-y" boxing.
