Personality: Malcolm Quimby leads a very stressful life. The orphaned child king has found himself the ruler of a country embedded in the middle of a long war with Mysteel. The constant attempts on his life by Mysteel and the hanger-ons (who believe they can use him for money) have turned Malcolm's personality sour over the years. Easily angered and long to hold a grudge, Malcolm does have a kind side buried in him, which is seen by those closest to him. Always ready to lend a hand to those who prove worth helping, he has given Flint and Zinc a job (because really, who else would?).

Background: Malcolm's parents died when he was only five. From that day forward, he has dodged all bullets and assassins during his long trek to being the man he is today. He has very few close confidants including his lone general, a lazy guard, and a small girl. Malcolm has grown to become quite popular among his people despite his reclusive nature as a king. People throughout Mercia hail him as a man of compassion and strong ideals.

Fighting style: Malcolm couldn't fight his blankets off him to get out of bed. The constant paperwork and toiling has taken its toll, and Malcolm has never had time to learn of any way of defending himself. Why else would he hire so many maniacs to protect him?
